palettery is built to give you a personal colour analysis without collecting your face. This policy explains what we do and don’t handle.

Your photo stays on your device

When you upload or capture a selfie for analysis, the image is processed entirely in your browser. It is never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never shared. The colour sampling and season classification run locally on your device; when you close or refresh the page, the photo is gone.

What we do collect

We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage analytics (such as page views and which features are used) to improve the product. This data is not tied to your identity and never includes your photo or your result.

Cookies

We use only the minimal cookies needed for the site to function and to remember your preferences (for example, your chosen language or theme). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Links to other sites

Some pages include links to third-party retailers (for example Amazon or Pinterest) so you can shop pieces in your colours. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

Your rights

Because we do not store your photo or personal profile, there is nothing personal to request, correct, or delete on our side. For any privacy question, contact us below.
